Four Fabulous Friends is a subgroup of an e-mail loop. We are a group of over 20 online friends who are on a weightloss journey aboard the Skinnyland Express Train. We offer each other daily support, motivation and inspiration through daily e-mails, chats and IM's. We are not on a diet. We are learning to live a healthy lifestyle. We are there for one another through the trials and errors which this journey entails. I could not do this without my special group of friends which have come to mean so much more than I could have anticipated.
